UK. He is a Resident Academic in the Faculty of Science of the
University of Malta where he lectures in physical chemistry. His
research
interests include systems which exhibit negative Poisson's ratio and /
or negative thermal expansion. |

Ruben Gatt, BSc(Hons), MSc, AMRSC [e-mail]
Ruben is a graduate of the University of Malta with a degree in
in Chemistry and Biology and an MSS in Chemistry. He is currently a
part-time
researcher with group working on the EU FP6 funded CHISMACOMB project
and
is also reading for a PhD in Auxetics with the University of
Malta.
Ruben has been working with the UoM's auxetic group since 2003. |

Daphne is a graduate in Chemistry and Physics and is now a PhD student
of the University of Malta. She has been working with
