Welcome to the Biology & Society Web site!

This site is intended to discuss general issues concerning Biology and how this fits into the context of society. In this site you will find projects dealt with by 2nd year students in the B.Sc.(Hons) Biology & Chemistry course that give a view of how society reacts to different issues. The aim of this site is to promote education amongst the general public that is not quite science literate and introduce them to topics of interest that make part in some way or another of Biology.
