Ms Ms Marianna Scicluna lectures Applied Microeconomics and Introductory Macroeconomics. Ms. Scicluna graduated Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from the University of Malta in the year 1999 and Post Graduate Certificate in Education specialising in Business Studies the year after. In the year 2002 she obtained a Master of Arts in Economics from the same University submitting the dissertation entitled 'Estimating Productivity Indexes of Educational Institutions: The Case of Maltese Secondary Schools’. Her main research interests relate to areas in Economics of Education, Human Capital Theory and Labour Economics.

For the past seven years, Ms Scicluna has been lecturing at the Institute of Business and Commerce, being one of the institutes of the Malta College of Arts, Sciences and Technology.
