The Economics Department offers a major area of study for the following courses:

• Diploma in Commerce (Dip. Com.) - Two years part-time, offered at the University Gozo Centre only.
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) - Three year full-time for which students take two major areas of study.

The Department offers the following courses:

• Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) B.Com.(Hons) ) - One year full-time
• M.A. in Economics - Two years part-time
• M.A. in Economics of Competition Law - Two years part-time
• Ph.D. (Economics) - Three years full-time or five years part-time
