Ms Rose Marie Azzopardi

Ms Rose Marie Azzopardi is an Assistant Lecturer in International Economics. Her main teaching areas are International Trade, Economic and Monetary Union, Economics of the European Union, Microeconomics and Macroeconomics. Her main research areas are EU economic integration, EU enlargement, and EMU. She was employed as a civil servant for nineteen years in different government departments and ministries. She graduated in Diploma in Public Administration (Malta), B.A. Economics and Social Studies (Malta) and M.A. Contemporary European Studies (Sussex). She also attended a short course at the Victoria University of Technology (Australia). She is currently a Ph.D. candidate at the Sussex European Institute of the University of Sussex.
