Mr Paul Gauci
Paul Gauci was educated at St.Aloysius
College and later studied at the University of Malta where he graduated B.A.
(Hons) Business Management in 1986 and has, since
then, specialised in human resource development,
continuing his formal studies through a
Masters degree, being awarded a distinction in the M.Ed
(Training and Development) course from the University of Sheffield, UK in
1992.
Paul Gauci has fifteen years experience in training. He is currently, Head - Training and
Education Centre of Bank of Valletta, one of Malta’s leading retail banks,
employing over 1500 employees and with other representative offices in Italy, Australia, Canada. This centre organises
training courses in the areas of banking; customer care; management; computer
applications; selling of financial services and other related areas.
Paul Gauci
is also actively involved in management education, through his lecturing,
since 1993 at the University of Malta in the areas of ‘Organisational Behaviour’;
‘Human Resource Management’ and ‘Human Resource Development’ on the MBA
Degree courses and Diploma in Management Diploma. He is also Chairman of the
Mediterranean Training Networking Team, recently set up between a number of banks who are members of the Mediterranean Bank
Network. Paul Gauci
has delivered presentations at various key HR conferences organised
in various countries.
