HALF-DAY TEACHING PROGRAMME FOR GROUPS
The Institute for Energy Technology organizes half-day study sessions for groups of secondary school students, teachers, parents, etc... This programme aims at promoting awareness in energy conservation and the application of renewable energies in Malta. During the visit, presentations are made on different aspects of energy use in buildings, energy conservation and renewable sources of energy, as seen below.

Additional Information
1. The University has a Health and Safety Policy. Please read it by clicking here. It will be assumed that you have accepted this policy when you book with us.
2. Visits are normally held on Thursdays between 9:00 and 12:00.
3. Groups of 25 persons are acceptable. Larger groups would have to be split up.
4. Bookings are made on a first-come first-served basis.
5. An official request on the school’s letterhead should be sent beforehand or brought on the day of the visit.
6. The number of accompanying teachers/lecturers/group leaders should be adequate for the number of visiting students.
7. Students remain the sole responsibility of the teachers/lecturers/group leaders throughout the duration of the visit.
8. Trousers and sports shoes are recommended.
9. Food and drinks are to be brought along.
