RESEARCH 1. 1 Long term research leading to the publication of books concerning the European Baroque Heritage. 1.2 Short term research leading to the contribution of papers at conferences and their subsequent publication. 1.3 Long term research leading to the compilation of' a data base on Baroque buildings and artifacts in Malta. 1.4 Long term research
leading to the compilation of a data base on publications concerning the
Baroque European Heritage.
2. ACTIVITIES 2.1 Publishing on a twice yearly basis of Council of Europe newsletter, for International circulation. 2.2 Organising exhibitions, photographic competitions, seminars and conferences on the European Baroque Heritage. 2.3 Networking and liaison with European Baroque centres. 2.4 Institute board meetings on a monthly basis 2.5 Preparation of a series
of videos on Baroque Malta.
3. TEACHING 3.1 Organisation of long term courses leading to the award of M.A. in Baroque Studies 3.2 Organising short courses in Baroque studies. 3.3 Organisation of public
lectures on specific topics concerning the European Baroque Heritage.
4. CONSULTANCY 4.1 Provision of advice and assistance in the Conservation of the Baroque Heritage of Malta. 4.2 Models of Baroque buildings and Urban spaces. 4.3 Liaison with constituted
bodies concerned with the Restoration and Re-use of Baroque Buildings e.g.
Valletta, Mdina and Cottonera Rehabilitation committees.
