The Institute’s core staff consists of the Director, a Research Assistant, an Administrator and a clerk, who   are collectively responsible for managing its       programmes and activities. 

Teams of visiting lecturers teach units on the regular courses. Lecturing services are also obtained from the  Departments of Public Policy and Economics, and the Faculty of Laws. 

The Institute is in the process of recruiting additional
academic staff, with a view to expanding both its teaching and research programmes. 

IPAM is also the site of a newly-established ‘Microsoft
Fellowship in Governance’, funded by Microsoft
Corporation. The first appointment to the Fellowship is due in September 2003.
